Chicago native, Torie Conn has always had a passion for makeup. Born with an artistic spirit, Torie's family always pushed her to pursue a life of creativity. From ceramics to fashion illustration she took classes at the Art Institute of Chicago and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.

While studying Studio Art at Denison University- in Granville, Ohio- Torie took a theatrical makeup class where she realized her artistic passions could be intertwined. During summers she interned at Chicago's ABC-TV in the makeup department, working in the news studio as well as shoots around the City. Torie has also worked on ABC-TV commercials as well as independent films like, Rocket to Danger (2009).

Torie graduated with an Illinois certificate in Makeup Artistry from Chicago's Make Up First® School of Makeup Artistry. In the fall of 2015, Torie interned at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, in the Wig and Makeup Department.

In the Summer of 2019, Torie signed with FORD Models Chicago as an artist. She continues to freelance around Chicago today, specializing in production, commercial, and bridal makeup.
